above-written testament was proved before Master John Lyndefeld, commissary
etc, on the 10th day of the month of May in the 1436th year of our Lord, and
administration of the goods was committed to Henry Rawe and John the son, the
executors named in the same testament, they having been sworn in form of law.

On the
11th day of May issued forth a commission to Sir John Cloke and Sir James
Rafhorne, perpetual vicars of the parish churches of Lelant and Saint Hilary,
in the Diocese of Exeter, to commit administration to Isabel, the relict of the
deceased, and to certify before the 13th day of July then next in the future;
on which day nothing had been established.
